Note:

This work aims to develop a lower carbon footprint high-voltage isolating, high-temperature, thermally stable adhesive that can have tailored thermal conductivity, high dielectric strength, controlled dielectric constant and adhesion to a range of interfaces while retaining mechanical performance and durability. Polymer encapsulants meeting thermal conductivity >10 W/m.K, CTE (5-20ppm/K), modulus (10-25 GPa), Tg >150 ℃, K >2MPa ·m , breakdown strength 20-30 V/micrometers) able to pass AEC grade 0 conditions will be designed. The tailored range of properties will be enabled through the creation of a predictive map of performance using machine learning approaches.
