Note:
The proposed project will: (1) Develop a checklist of all bee species known to exist in Texas. Then, for at least 300 wild bee species that are currently unranked, we will use this list, and a workflow that PI Lichtenberg is developing through a current FY2022 State Wildlife Grant (contract # CA-0002506), to: (2) Summarize species’ distributions based on the literature and specimen based digitized records, and (3) Assess species’ treats, population trends, and habitat trends using NatureServe methodology.
