SAMs 1.1.1--This research project consists of several components that provide assistance to the community. Behavioral health and individual counseling services are available to eligible adolescents (ages 10-19). Project staff will record and analyze the responses of patients to the Rapid Assessment for Adolescent Preventive Services (RAAPS) tool over time, to measure improvement or decline in risky behavior scores and individualize patient treatment plans. The project also includes Terrostic Threat Prevention in which social workers will provide individual counseling for participating schools in need of these services. Referral services for participants will provide primary care as well as developmental and behavioral health interventions.
