Note:

SAMs- 1.1.1 This research project is in full IRB review. The research project will examine the barriers that UMS families experience when seeking healthcare services, with most taking place before the pandemic. Additionally, there is limited understanding of the mental health care needs of UMS families living near the U.S.-Mexico border. Consequently, little is known about their experiences seeking and/or receiving mental health care during the pandemic, and the impact of changing immigration policy on their ability to access services and build trust in institutions.
