SAMs 1.1.1: The Co-Investigator (Co-I) Dr. Natoli leading the research team will provide consultation on the My Skills Coach tool’s design, components, and usability from a clinical practitioner’s perspective. Dr. Natoli will also provide consultation during year 1 on all matters related to the proposal’s research components in preparation for the extended field evaluation. Dr. Natoli will complete and submit any and all required reports or other deliverables, as required by the sponsor. In Year 2 the Co-I leading the research team will assume responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the proposal’s research components, including but not limited to: management of research team; training and managing student research team; aggregation of collected data and construction of final dataset; data analysis associated with the longitudinal investigation of the My Skills Coach tool’s efficacy, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use; and manuscript and report preparation. Dr. Natoli will complete and submit any and all required reports or other deliverables, as required by the sponsor. Sam Houston State University will play vital roles during the project and will: Contribute ideas and expertise supporting the enhancement of the My Skills Coach tool that can be effectively integrated into the developed tool. Provide notes to CreateAbility Concepts, Inc. regarding research and data collection needs, allowing CreateAbility Concepts, Inc. to make modifications to the My Skills Coach tool to meet these needs. Conduct a longitudinal study evaluating the My Skills Coach tool’s efficacy, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. Disseminate findings of the research study through professional presentation(s), publication(s), and/or other appropriate outlets.
