Note:
SAMs 1.1.1: Dr. Chelsea Ratcliff is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise delivering and evaluating mindfulness-based interventions for medical populations. Dr. Ratcliff’s work on this project will include: 1) training research coordinator to conduct the video-conference orientation to conditions, 2) joining to 10% of video-conference orientation to conditions to ensure fidelity, 3) monitoring recruitment and assessment of patients in the study, including Communication with the PI, research coordinator, and referring clinicians to discuss and troubleshoot recruitment strategy, participant adherence, and follow up assessments, 4) developing conference abstract submissions and manuscripts presenting findings, and 5) developing subsequent funding applications to an RCT powered to examine the intervention’s effectiveness.
