Note:
SAMs 1.1.1: Performing Agency will conduct Imported Fire Ant Surveys, as outlined in Work Plan (Attachment A) and Financial Plan (Attachment B) of this Contract. Performing Agency shall submit progress reports to the Receiving Agency as requested. Before receiving payment, Performing Agency also will provide a final narrative report outlining the results from the work (see Attachment C) of this Contract (Attachment C - Instructions, Final Reporting Guidelines), and a final budget report detailing the use of all award monies in accordance with the Payment Request and Budget Compliance Report (Attachment E). In addition, Performing Agency will provide the information on Designation of Grant Officials (Attachment D), and execute certifications (Attachment F and G) and Allowable and Non-Allowable Charges (Attachment H) in this contract. All the above-referenced attachments are attached to this Contract and fully incorporated herein.
