1.1.1 The initial stage of the research will explore who are the direct or indirect underserved and minoritized stakeholders, considering: race, socioeconomic, differently abled; housing insecurity, etc. For a select subset of these stakeholders, chosen in coordination between university researchers and Ford, the following questions will be explored: •What are key stakeholder characteristics relevant to AVs, such as: affordability, availability, accessibility, accommodation, and acceptability? What are the values of the stakeholder group relevant to AVs? What are the stakeholder needs, relevant to AV, now in in the foreseeable future
