1.3.2 The goal of this program is to train and prepare future workforce through exemplar high quality quantum materials research at PVAMU and SNL, with full participation of students and faculty at PVAMU and research scientists at SNL.This collaboration will help train quantum workforce for future quantum and semiconductor industry. We propose that during the period of the proposed collaboration, the participating student(s) at PVAMU come to perform field research at Sandia Theory and modeling of quantum phenomena in these materials requires special expertise, which has been established at PVAMU
