1.3.1. The project focuses on focused on growing the capacity of online teaching, improving quality of online learning, providing engaged research, and increasing mental wellness and readiness for engineering and science minority students, especially women. The REAL project is centered on improving faculty and students’ quality of work in STEM curricula and mental readiness through three core activities: Online Learning and Teaching Enhancement (OLTE), Hybrid Summer Research Bridge (HSRB), and Mental Wellness and Readiness Preparation (MWRP) programs.
