1.1.1. This proposal seeks funding to develop a testbed of autonomous ground vehicles that will serve as a roadmap to help build a state-of-the-art vehicle automation laboratory, comprised of multiple autonomous ground vehicles, called Qcars. The goals are the facilate research int he area of safe vehicle automation using connected and heterogenous autonomous ground vehicle networks and support instructional learning objectives in the areas of machine learning and robotics.
