1.3.2, 2.3.1. The objectives of this project are to introduce first-year and second-year community-college students to fundamental concepts and applications of convex geometry to computer science, allowing them to conduct collaborative project-based research with hands-on experience, enabling them to participate in research activies and carry out research projects under the guidance of faculty and a graduate student mentor, promoting collaboration among community-college students who are interested in pursuing opportunties to conduct research and work with mentors.
