Note:
As a member of the “Genetic Mechanism” and “Comparative” teams we will measure aging and perform ATAC-seq and RNA-seq in male and female flies with different genotypes. We will additionally contribute to the analysis of genomic data, writing of manuscripts, development of an external website, and training of graduate students and postdocs (including serving as the co-lead of the IISAGE seminar series).
