This R34 study will adapt CTI and include elements of C4 specifically for young adults at the point of transition from homelessness to RRH and examine the impact of the new intervention on mental health symptoms, housing stability, and treatment engagement. CTI has been tested in multiple randomized controlled trials with diverse populations [16-18] and has robust evidence for effectiveness in increasing housing stability in adults but has not been adapted or tested specifically with young adults.
