Design, construct and test a simple PDMS based prototype microfluidity chip (~100 micron channel width) with LDMP control inserted. Design and construct a prototype microfluidity chip with mixing capabilities using LDMP. LDMP mixer whould be orders of magnitude better in efficiency, and easier to operate as compare to the existing mixer using SAW(surface acoustic wave). Identify performance metrics for circulatory/lymphatic support pumps and design bench-top LDMP experiments to test on against those metrics. SAMs 1.1.7
