UH will be responsible for helping to formulate the statistical framework for measuring the unequal distribution of potential negative environmental exposures, to build tools that facilitate the estimation of the heterogeneous associations of environmental factors and human capital outcome, and to establish online platforms for the dissemination of research data, tools, and results. Dr. Wang has closely collaborated with members of the Penn group on prior NSF sponsored research addressing related questions using data from China. The new proposed project would build on previous knowledge, develop new tools, and establish a generalized global empirical framework. SAMs 1.1.1
