The overarching goal of this study is to develop an objective means of gauging treatment response to Xywav in narcolepsy patients initiating therapy using an at-home EEG headband (Dreem 3). Specifically we aim to A. Characterize the pharmacodynamics of Xywav (dose-response relationship and time to reach OSM steady-state) by evaluating changes in nightly OSMs over time among narcolepsy patients initiating therapy B. Identify changes in nightly OSMs that correlate with subjective improvement of narcolepsy symptoms in patients initiating Xywav SAMs 1.1.7
