This study will develop future projections for on-road emissions that account for a variety of scenarios, including the penetration of electric vehicles (EVs) and changes to levels of emissions from power plants that provide electricity for EVs. In the following sections of this proposal, we evaluate emission scenarios related to alternate fuels, EVs, and varying emission control levels. We will apply the CTM to each emission scenario to estimate its impacts on regional primary and secondary air pollutants. Finally, we will use a health effects model to assess the effects of each scenario on regional health endpoints. SAMs 1.1.1
