Note:
We will utilize an in-line 2D-X-ray Diffraction (XRD) system in the pilot Advanced MOCVD tool for real-time assessment of REBCO film quality over long lengths [1]. We are developing an auto machine learning (AutoML) method to predict the Ic of long tapes based on the inline 2D-XRD data. Figure 1 shows the Ic of a 25 m tape predicted by AutoML. SAMs 1.1.7
