The unit commitment with AC power flow is a challenge problem in power industry. This problem can be formulated as a mixed integer nonlinear programming model, which is very hard to be solved. In this project, we will design advanced algorithm for mixed-integer nonlinear programming model including decomposition, approximation, branch and cut methods. We will develop the software application to simulate and verify our ideas SAMs 1.1.1
