Note:
The current interest of the sponsoring agency is to look at some of the plastics and resins used in their industry. In addition, some of the polymers like nitrile rubber are utilized in large quantity in the oil and gas industry, and after aging and failure of the products, these products are replaced, and the polymers are not used further. Aging of rubber has been investigated in our earlier program in 2021-2022. In the current scenario of sustainability, utilization of these polymers, especially by a high pressure treatment using chemicals is of utmost importance. SAMs 1.1.1 and 1.1.7
