The Antunes Lab at University of Houston is developing and evaluating new computational methods for cancer immunotherapy research. Through this research agreement, the Antunes Lab will apply these methods to the experimental data produced by the Abbas Lab, in order to uncover prevalent TCRs, shared TCRs across patients, potentially therapeutic TCRs, the participation of public or private TCRs in the immune response to AML, to identify neoantigens associated with T-cell response to AML, etc. SAMs 1.1.1
