Dr. Mohan at UH, Houston, will oversee all studies in Aim3 and will work closely with Dr. Alpadi to develop the proposed POC test strips, drawing from their previous expertise in this area in the study of urine biomarkers. He will work closely with Dr. Kugathasan to transfer the needed samples to UH, Houston and process them accordingly for the biomarker studies. He will work closely with the rest of the team to derive all assay performance parameters, particularly in Aim 3. SAMs 1.1.1 and 1.1.7
