study the design of the new instrument developed by Dr. Kenyon (COBRA) to better define instrument requirements for maximizing the science return of COBRA, which will benefit the measurements of the radiant energy budget and internal heat of Uranus with a future mission to Uranus. In addition, they plan to formulate a CubeSat mission with such an instrument to measure the radiant energy budgets of Mars and Venus. SAMs 1.1.1
