The goal of this project is to determine the frequency with which wheelchair rugby players are intentionally inducing AD. Additionally, the goal of this study is to identify how athletes trigger AD and specifically, what strategies relate to engaging with the bladder. Identifying these results will inform practitioners and academics of the use of AD for performance enhancement. This will allow for greater guidance related to risk management. SAMs 1.1.1
