Note:
This funding will support GCSW partnership with the Center for Urban Transformation as they plan their intake and assessment services and how to evaluate them. Dr. Narendorf will meet with the CUT team on a bi‐weekly basis and provide specific support in identifying standardized measures for assessment and evaluation. In addition, we will assist in operationalizing the core Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) and their measurement at the individual and community level for outcome evaluation. Dr Narendorf will also provide support in analyzing pilot data and assessing psychometric properties of potential measures. SAMs 1.1.7
