Note:

The goal of the proposed project is to analyze the structure and activity in a unique data set that contains in vivo functional imaging, morphological cell type reconstructions, and structural synaptic connectivity of around 100,000 neurons in mouse cortex. Dr. Josić will help develop the computational approaches to analyze the structure of the network at different scales, and to relate the recorded activity and morphologically reconstructed cell types to measured activity.
