This applied research project will investigate how the Lean Six Sigma methodology is applied to effectively solve problems in industry. This work will include: • 16 week access to online, self-paced Lean Six Sigma Green Belt lessons (for up to 11 people) • One attempt on the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification exam (for up to 11 people) Lean Six Sigma project consultation and support Assessment of instructional sessions and Lean Six Sigma implementation effectiveness SAMs 1.1.1 and 1.1.7 and 1.3.2
