Apply methods from machine learning to conduct a meta-analysis of lipidomics data sets and imaging data sets obtained in an animal model of early-life exposure to the environmental pesticide, deltamethrin. Mr. Nickolas Fularczyk will implement and apply machine learning algorithms to select lipid-based and image-based features of brain exposure to deltamethrin with the goal to identify potential biomarkers of deltamethrin exposure.
