Note:
Tzuan (Ann) Chen, Ph.D., Research Assistant Professor/Biostatistician, and Co- Investigator/Evaluation Expert. Dr. Chen will serve as the evaluation expert on this proposal. In this role and within 5% effort, she will be responsible for the quantitative data management and statistical analysis as indicated in the evaluation plan. She will work with Dr. Isabel Martinez Leal (qualitative expert) for iterative program evaluation, whereby quantitative data and qualitative are combined to draw inferences from the joint data sources. Dr. Chen will attend project meetings and will assist with report writing and academic products (eg, manuscripts) emerging from the work as co-author. SAMs 1.1.1
