Note:
This research is the continuation of last year’s measurements of the PI over Texas Properties. The new measurements allow us to monitor the annual changes of these pollutants over Texas properties and to identify potential hazards. Furthermore, this year we will use infrared thermal cameras to quantify the temperature and heat in the measured areas that can help us to detect anomalies in those sites in the case of low air quality. The outcomes of this research will be useful for local authorities and farmers to identify vulnerable regions to high levels of TVOC and PM2.5, and to devise proper strategies to mitigate their potential adverse impacts.
