Note:
(SAM Category 1.1.1.) UTA shall install modified moisture barrier to reduce pavement cracking and to reduce long term maintenance of pavement at different areas/locations. The site will be selected based on the discussion with TxDOT personnel. UTA shall investigate, recommend repair of pavement, and utilize nondestructive testing to improve serviceability of pavement for the Receiving Agency Dallas District area on emergency and as needed basis. UTA shall determine the sites based on the consultation with Receiving Agency. The Receiving Agency shall assist with the traffic control, if needed during the site investigations, instrumentation, and installation period of the tasks.
