Note:
The Lower Valley Water District is a public service water provider in need of new sources of water to meet the demands of its customers, and to keep costs low as the population they service are mostly low-income communities. The purpose of this proposal is to provide recommendations for locating new well locations that will provide quality water, cost-effective and reliable. In order to identify suitable locations for the new wells, this proposal will conduct a feasibility study that will evaluate geological, hydrological, environmental, and economic factors.
