Note:

The MPO shall furnish the following items to the UTEP: 1 Timely decision making and review of work to permit the UTEP Team to maintain the mutually agreed upon project schedule. 2. Assistance, as deemed necessary by the EL PASO METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION, n order for the UTEP Team to obtain required information or data from local, regional, state, federal and tribal agencies/entities, if available. 3. Necessary equipment, such as computer equipment, and office space and supplies to perform the duties described in the Scope of Services. Services to be provided by UTEP The El Paso MPO develops the Unified Planning Work Plan (UPWP) that serves as the blueprint for all the activities to be performed on an annual basis as mandated by federal laws, regulations and procedures. It is divided into five major tasks, and each Task is divided into subtasks as needed. The MPO requires the assistance of UTEP qualified personnel, specifically Dr. Claudia Valles, in the performance of several of the UPWP subtasks. Dr. Valles will be dedicated on a full time basis to assist the MPO on several UPWP tasks. She will receive direction and guidance from senior MPO staff on specific assignments. Table 1 outlines how it is anticipated that Dr. Valles will divide her time among several UPWP subtasks.
