Note:
As previous task orders, The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) has fully developed (TIP Web App is in-progress) several web applications for the El Paso Metropolitan Organization (MPO). These tools are: 1. Project Request Form (PRF): deployed in 2020 (v.1.0.1) 2. El Paso MPO Transportation Improvement Plan Web Application (in-progress) These web applications are currently serving their development purpose and have been/will be incorporated to standard business operations and activities by the MPO personnel. While their deployment is currently active and their functionality is successfully being utilized, it is critical that a further development/modification mechanism be in-place. This will keep the web apps operational and evolving with standard business practices. Through Task Order No. 9, the El Paso MPO tasks the Center for Transportation Infrastructure Systems (CTIS) at UTEP to provide technical support in terms of web application modifications, periodic updates, and as-necessary patching.
