Note:
The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) PI Dr. Ramana Chintalapalle and his team will carry out team-building activities (with many of the Universities across US) focused on developing research collaborations in the design and development of new materials and devices for power electronics and infrared detection. UTEP team will leverage the existing NSF-PREM programs to provide unique opportunities to our students in areas related to thin film deposition, crystal growth, thermodynamic and electronic structure modeling, defect characterization and device testing of (Sn,Ge)O2 materials.
