Note:

The comprehensive landscape data analysis on OY in El Paso County will provide useful data to more fully understand the characteristics of OY in our area. A set of recommendations will be provided and used to determine a strategy plan. Goals, objectives, activities and measurable outcomes, along with persons responsible and timelines will be incorporated into the strategy plan. Education providers such as the Education Service Center Region 19 and the surrounding Independent School Districts, along with the El Paso Community College District and the University of Texas at El Paso are committed to providing educational onramps to disconnected youth. The workforce board along with other industry partners like Bitwise and AT&T are also interested in reengaging OY into career pathways.
