Continuation of FY18 74514; The primary anticipated result is hardware-design knowledge and techniques on ultra-low-owner AI hardware for speech applications. We will create ultra-low-power ASR Hardware, the next and probably last critical building block in a speech-recognition device. Three tasks: Create a Compact ASR Model based on Advanced and Diverse Neurons; Create a digital IMC-based ASR Accelerator; Develop the process and hardware for post-deployment self-supervised partial retraining.
