NIH Flow-through; UTD shall produce a series of electrode coatings based on sputtered iridium oxide, titanium nitride, poly(ethylenedioxythiophene) and, potentially, ruthenium oxide and other oxide and polymer-based coatings that may be deemed necessary to support modeling studies at University of Florida. UTD shall conduct long-term pulsing studies of electrode coatings to assess changes in the electrochemical characteristics of the coatings.
