Note:
Dr. Miller will be responsible for overseeing the biaxial contractile and viscoelastic testing of isolated murine reproductive organs. This includes: 1. Performing in vivo and in vitro mechanical assessment of the murine uterus, cervix, and vagina; 2. Managing the database, sharing, and dissemination of mechanical testing data; 3. Aid in analysis, interpretation, and constitutive modeling of the murine female reproductive system; 4. Contributing to the dissemination of the findings associated with this proposal; 5. Managing and overseeing the CD-1 breeding colony; 6. Overseeing the in vivo longitudinal imaging and mechanical assessment of the murine reproductive tract within the small animal imaging core; 7. Aid in analysis and interpretation of the ultrasound data
