This research endeavor aims to (1) characterize, (2) model, through a ?theoretical-based Multiphysics? approach, and (3) mitigate the accelerated aging problem. Through comprehensive experimental investigations, the accelerated aging issue will be characterized, and the experimental data will also be used to validate the Multiphysics models developed.
