Note:
The objectives of the proposed project are focused on experimental efforts to grow large size and high quality BAs bulk crystals or thin films with simultaneously high thermal conductivity, low extrinsic carrier concentration, and high mobility for thermal management of electronics, power electronics and radio-frequency (RF) frequency electronics. We particularly will focus our efforts on exploring several transformative synthetic technologies that are adaptive and scalable with the semiconductor infrastructures for future naval applications.
