Note:
We propose using this SRC funding to assist in the development of a custom TPA system at UTD to provide the capability for University and SRC members to produce accurate SEE sensitivity maps that will highlight sensitive areas in new designs. This will enable rapid prototyping and creation of high reliability radiation hard designs with far fewer design cycles, faster, and at lower cost than accelerator beams.
