Note:
SAMs 1.1.1, 1.1.4, 1.3.2; UTSA/CIAS will research effective cybersecurity policies and cybersecurity programs through surveys, evaluation of assessments, articles, reports and other published documentation on these topics. Best practices and recommendations derived from the research will be applied by developing two cybersecurity courses. A 3-hour web-based training course addressing Cybersecurity Policies for an organization will be developed and the web-based course. Using the CCSMM to develop a cybersecurity program will be updated. Over 150 students will be trained on these topics. In addition, the CIAS will continue to deliver existing cybersecurity courses during the funding period and will train a total of 305 participants. Evaluation of each delivery will be completed and data will be gathered, compiled and reported annually. Overall, 455 participants will be trained at a program cost of $1,010,000.00 for a cost per participant of $2,219.78. UTSA will also provide collaborative administrative outreach, coordination and subject matter expert services for the NCPC program.
