SAMs 1.1.1; This is a research project of analysis of habitat of the Karst biosphere must be examined to determine how the habitat will be impacted. The information will be distributed to various entities involved before any construction will be allowed. Lab samples must be obtained for a through analysis of the biosphere. CFDA for this project is: 15.615. Environmental examination of the area must be conducted. The HCP will propose a programmatic strategy or future conservation efforts and incidental take permit. The plan would develop a Conservation Program and an academic research program (Urban Karst Laboratory). The lab would provide biological geological and geophysical data supporting a more complete understanding of the karst habitat.
