Vitzro EM Co., LTD.
CFDA: 0
Program Title: none
Note:
SAMs 1.1.1; This research project aims to develop an integrated power device monitoring and diagnosis system that features the following. First, the sensors operate at no power. This is possible due to a decent amount of current available in the power electronics system that can be harvested in the form of electromagnetic energy. Second, the system provides a single platform for both temperature and vibration sensing. Lastly, the state-of-the-art nanotechnology is adopted to enable high-performance sensing. PI will primarily develop both temperature and vibration sensors based on the perovskite oxide ring resonator and nanocapacitor structures, respectively. Specification of how the work’s progress or results are to be measured. The research work will be monitored and measured through the project period through the PI’s regular evaluation of the project outcome.
