Note:

SAMs 1.1.1; The objective of this research project is to refine and enhance the Extensible Visibility Reference Framework (eVRF) and the visibility offered by cybersecurity telemetry for a given domain/environment. The UTSA team will develop a working prototype for Discovery and Enrichment using the work performed previously with STIX and TAXII to build correlations between visibility and discovery indicators for anomalous activity. Develop a visibility surface library for a given domain, to be identified in collaboration with Sandia personnel. Explore other novel ways of improving eVRF and characterizing visibility or the ability for cybersecurity defenders to observe attacker activities. Document the process and outcomes of all tasks to include feedback and recommendations.
