SAMs 1.1.1 In this research project, the PI will develop novel phase change alloys doped with various transition metal elements that exhibit enhanced reliability while still affording high speed phase-transition performances. The PI will also investigate the application of developed phase change alloys for memory devices in the high-temperature domain of critical Aire Force (DoD) missions.
