SAMs 1.1.1; The research project will conduct wind tunnel testing for Jacobs Engineering as part of the NASA ODPO program at UTSA's testing facility. Hypersonic testing of twenty-six (26) articles per the provided parameters. The Subcontractor shall deliver one test report to the STM to encompass all twenty-six (26) article tests, including imagery-derived drag and lift forces, moments, and surface heating rates. One (1) total test report. The respective test articles shall be delivered to the STM upon conclusion of each test.
