Title of Contract, Award, or Gift: To define scope and limitations of cyanation reaction using Ar-Imidazole sulfonates substrates with K3Fe(CN)6
Name of Granting or Contracting Agency/Entity:
Bristol-Myers Squibb
CFDA: 0
Program Title: none
Note:
SAMs 1.1.1; In collaboration with Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) team, complete making Ar-Imidazole sulfonates from an appropriate list of substrates derived from functionalized heteroarylphenols and arylphenols to be defined through the collaboration by both parties, screen catalysts in collaboration with BMS, run hits from screening on ~100 mg scale for proof-of-concept, optimize the reaction conditions to find a minimally optimal catalyst load, and equivalents of K3Fe(CN)6. A joint publication or research summary report will be provided.
